Personal reflection of the competence:
Thinking critically and being able to analyse and apply theories and methodologies in an objective, ethical, responsible and honest manner is what every employer is looking for in every new and regular employee. Ethics in the workplace motivate leaders and employees to keep their behaviour in check at all times. As Christians ethics must be an integral part of who we are. Doing the right thing whether we are alone or in crowd must be in our nature. When we face serious crisis in the workplace we must remember that our ethical and Christian values go together. This doctorate program has equipped us with the necessary tools to face those inevitable challenges.
