The doctorate program is structured in a way that motivates us to think with an open mind and be able to formulate or design strategies or alternative strategies that will strengthen the position of the organization in the market and to its customers. This program enables us with the ability to generate models, develop feasible plans, policies, procedures, and to provide the necessary resources for those plans to be implemented so that the organization can always secure the competitive advantage over its competitors.
