Personal reflection of the competence:
The Adventurer and Pathfinder Clubs are great learning environments where little children, youth, leaders and staff acquire new knowledge and skills in a holistic manner to better serve God and be helpful to human kind. Each group receives instructions and training tailored to its specific needs. I train Club Counselors and Directors in several States how to work with the young people and especially the Adventurers because teachers play a very important role and can make a major difference in the lives of their students. Therefore, their influence must be positive. The Bible says in Proverbs 22: 6 “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
