The school organized several trips every year in Mexico and in the United States where professors and students learned different aspects of one another\u2019s cultures. Professors, staff, and students were very accommodating and opened to learn and try new things. As we were learning and practicing the Spanish language, the professors and staff were learning and practicing the English language. That positive attitude on both sides made communication among us clearer and easier which in turn is a key to success. This new and fun approach to organizational culture made a positive impact on us all.
